OUR SHUTTERS
Materials: Basswood, Poplar, Alder, Maple, Hickory and others.
Construction: We use wood dowels inserted for every one inch of wood for strength. Each panel typically has 20 dowels. Our parts are cut and processed using the latest CNC machinery.
Finish: Our paint is water based acrylic specially formulated for wood shutters. This paint uses no solvents to harm the environment. Before we paint, we sand our shutters to a smooth flawless finish.
Framing: We offer many styles of molding and trim from traditional to modern. Our frames are mitered on a CNC double miter saw for perfect alignment and nailed together with a picture frame nailer for security and durability.
Installation: Our expert installation crews are highly trained to treat you with respect and install the job correctly the first time.
